Het orgel in de Wallfahrtskirche te Baitenhausen is in jaren 1766-1768 gebouwd door Johann Georg Aichgasser en Conrad Keppner voor de Seminarkirche in Meersburg. In 1891 plaatste Wilhelm Schwarz het over naar Baitenhausen. Hierbij wijzigde hij de dispositie. In 1958 is het orgel gerestaureerd door Orgelbau Schwarz & Sohn (Inh. Eugen Pfaff). In 1986 reconstrueerde Egbert Pfaff het orgel. Daarbij zijn ook de frontpijpen vernieuwd.
