- The Marienkirche in Basel is a neo-Romanesque church, built in the years 1884-1886 according to a design by Paul Reber. An organ was installed by the Klingler brothers with pneumatic action and cone chests. This organ has been overhauled several times over time and has been extensively renovated. Hans Füglister was eventually commissioned to build a completely new organ, which was put into use on February 26, 1989. It is a three-manual organ with 42 stops.
- A revision was carried out by Hermann Mathis in 2015. The organ has been re-voiced and expanded with an electronic Setzer combination system and a general crescendo.
