- Balthasar Pröbstl completed a new organ with 34 stops for the Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche in Donauwörth in early 1886. The organ was inspected by the Kaim, Kamerlander and Stehle. The organ case was partially taken over from the previous organ, and dates back to organs by Johann Fux (1729) and Joseph Höß (around 1780).
- In 1958-1959, a new organ was installed behind the old prospect by Ludwig Wastlhuber with fifty stops. Around 2000 a restoration was carried out by Georg Weishaupt.
