- The Martin-Luther Church in Gerinswalde was built in the years 1888-1890 in a neo-gothic style. Friedrich Ladegast was commissioned to build a new organ. The organ received three manuals and pedal with 31 stops. Ladegast took over some wooden ranks from the organ that stood in the old village church. The organ was dedicated on September 28, 1890. The prospect pipes were taken away in 1917. Oskar Ladegast removed them from the organ. In 1921 the company Jehmlich worked on the instrument.
- In 1925 the organ was dismantled, and a new instrument was built by Alfred Schmeisser. 25 stops of Ladegast were taken over in the new instrument.
