- In 1927 a new organ was built for the Sankt Josefkirche in Rheinfelden by the firm Gebr. Späth. In 1986, a new instrument was built in the 1927 organ case by the company Freiburger Orgelbau.
- At the beginning of 2013 it was clear that a restoration was needed. Adviser on behalf of the diocese Georg Koch has drawn up a restoration plan. Many pipes were in bad condition. The restoration was carried out in 2014 by Jens Steinhoff. A large part of the pipes have been replaced by new ones.
