In 1974 Lynn Dobson built his first pipe organ, a two-manual instrument with twelve stops. The organ was sold to Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sioux City, Iowa, located on the corner of Jones Street and 20th Street. The instrument served here until the closure of the church in 2009. The building was sold to the Iglesia Cristiana Fe Y Poder, and the organ was removed from the church. The congregration donated it to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Dakota Dunes, where is was installed in 2011 by the company Dobson. At this occasion the bass octave of the Principal 8' was installed.
