Built by: Jean-Baptiste Carlen (1831)
In 1830-1831 Jean-Baptiste Carlen built a new organ for the Église Saint-Hippolyte in Vouvry. The organ was completed at the end of January 1831. The organ cases were painted in mahogany imitation. Only the positive case was decorated with foliage. In 1908 the disposition was changed. Two registers were replaced by a Dolce and a Voix Celeste. This was undone during a restoration by Kuhn in 1957. Kuhn did replace other registers with new ones. In 1980 the organ was restored by Hans Füglister. He reconstructed the original disposition. The main organ case was also provided with foliage in the same style as that of the positive.
