Gebouwd door: firma Henry Willis & Sons (1897)
Onder advies van John Stainer bouwde de firma Willis in 1896-1897 een vierklaviers concertorgel voor de grote zaal van de Town Hall in Oxford. De architect van de Town Hall, H.T. Hare, ontwierp ook de orgelkas. John Stainer gaf het inauguratieconcert. Het orgel is nooit gewijzigd. In de jaren 1983 tot 1993 is het door Peter Wood in verschillende fases gerestaureerd.
