- Het orgel van de kathedraal te Llandalff is in 1898 gebouwd door Robert Hope-Jones. Het werd door Norman & Beard uitgebreid met een Solo Organ in 1914. Dezelfde bouwers wijzigden de dispositie in 1924 en 1938. Door oorlogschade in 1941 was het orgel niet meer bruikbaar. Hill, Norman & Beard herbouwden het in 1958. Hierbij is de dispositie gewijzigd en uitgebreid. Door de leerlingen van Howell's School in Llandalff en van de Cathedral School werd de Tuba van het Solo Organ geschonken. Het orgel is in 1980 gereviseerd door Rushworth & Dreaper. Zij maakten nieuwe koppelingen.
- In 2007 werd de kathedraal getroffen door een blikseminslag. Het orgel werd onbruikbaar. Besloten werd een nieuw orgel te laten bouwen, dat in 2010 in gebruik werd genomen.
