• In 1944, part of the Sankt-Galluskirche in Tettnang collapsed due to a bomb impact. The old organ was lost as a result. After restoration of the church building, a new organ was installed by the Reiser company. The instrument was overhauled by Franz Weber in the years 1991-1993. The disposition has also been modified. The organ case has been painted light blue, in connection with a complete renovation of the church interior.
  
• Tilman Trefz carried out a restoration and expansion in 2011-2012. The original playing aids have been replaced by a new setzer device. Several sub- and super octave couples have also been added.
