- The organ in the Sebastiaankerk (Protestant Church) in Warffum was built by Heinrich Hermann Freytag. After his death in 1811, his pupil Timpe completed the organ. The instrument had two manuals with 20 stops and attached pedal. Mr. M. Walles constructed the wood carving of the organ case together with his son.
- The firm Van Oeckelen & Zonen repaired the organ in 1895 and modified its disposition. They replaced the Trumpet 8' with a new one, and installed a Violoncel, a Gamba and a Clarinet on the Bovenwerk. For this, the Nasard 2 2/3', the Woudfluit 2' and the Vox Humana were sacrificed. In 1932, the company Spiering installed an independent pneumatic pedal with four stops and they converted the Gamba from Van Oeckelen into a Vox Celeste.
- In 1987 the Gebroeders Reil company restored the organ. The stop list of the Hoofdwerk was reconstructed, and a new pedalboard was also made. The Clarinet from 1895 was removed in 2004, with the intention of reconstructing the Vox Humana at this location. This stop was used in the restoration of the Van Oeckelen organ in the Lutherse Kerk in Groningen.
- In 2020 a new restoration was started by Reil, under consultancy of Stef Tuinstra. The purpose was to rebuild the organ entirely in its initial state. The pedal organ that had been added in 1931-1932 by Spiering has been preserved. The instrument could be inaugurated on July 7, 2023. Stef Tuinstra presented the organ, after which a concert was played by Gerben Budding.
