The organ at Saint Mary's Church in East Lavant was built in 1895 by William Hill. In 1977 the instrument was renovated by Geo. Osmond & Co. They installed a Twelfth on Great. The Mixture from Swell was also not from 1895, it may have been added in 1977. In 2012 Geoff Griffiths carried out a restoration. The Twelfth from 1977 has been replaced by a new Mixture 2 ranks, and the Mixture from Swell by a new Gemshorn 2'.
