  • The old church of Grängesberg was a wooden church building that stood near Grängesbergs Gruvor. Åkerman & Lund built an organ for this church in 1899. The instrument was converted and expanded by them in 1930. During a renovation by Jehmlich in 1957, three registers of the second manual were replaced.
  • Due to the expansion of the mine, the church had to be demolished. A new church has been built in the village itself. The old church was closed after a final service on November 24, 1974, and moved hereafter to Orsa, where it was dedicated as Trunna Kyrka. The organ was demolished.
