- De kerk van Goring aan de Thames is een oude middeleeuwse kerk. Het orgel werd in 1888 gebouwd door Alfred Monk. In 1930 werd het orgel herbouwd door Bishop & Son.
- Het orgel is in 2022-2023 gerestaureerd door Anthony Hall van Clevedon Organs. Adviseur was Paul Hale. Het orgel kon op 29 januari 2023 weer in gebruik worden genomen. Het werd hierbij bespeeld door Bryan Almond, organist van de kerk. Bij de restauratie is het orgel gemoderniseerd en uitgebreid. Het grootste deel van het bestaande pijpwerk is hergebruikt, aangevuld met nieuw materiaal. Er is een nieuwe speeltafel geplaatst.
