The organ at 'Our Lady of Peace' parish church in Burnham was originally built for a private individual in or near Gerrards Cross in 1915-1916. It was later moved to the Saint Joseph Carmelite Church in this place. In connection with a renovation of the Priory Church, the organ was removed from the church in 1962 by B. C. Shepherd & Son and stored. Unfortunately, a lot of metal pipework was damaged during this period. Eventually, the organ builder bought and renovated the instrument. In 1975-1976 it was placed in Burnham. The disposition has been modified and expanded.
