In 1836 a small organ with one manual was donated to Saint John Baptists Church in New Alresford. It was expanded in 1880 with a Bourdon on the pedal. A new church was built in 1898. George Conduitt rebuilt the organ and expanded it with a second keyboard. In 1926 the instrument was further expanded by James Ivimey. The same company installed a wind engine in 1935. In 1979, Richard Boston undertook a restoration. The disposition has been expanded again.
