The organ in Torps Kyrka in Fränsta was built in 1828 by Pehr Zacharias Strand. The front of his organ with the prospect pipes of the Principal 8' has been preserved. In 1864 Johan Gustaf Ek expanded the organ with a Täckflöjt 4', which is also still present. The old instrument was replaced in 1919 by a new 21-stop Setterquist pneumatic organ. Under the advice of Lars Angerdal, Gustaf Hagström built a new three-manual mechanical organ behind the old front in 1966.
