- The organ in Brändö Kyrka was built in 1912 by Anders Zachariassen. The instrument was almost completely renewed in 1966 by Veikko Virtanen. Three registers of the old organ are still present, and the organ case. The Waldflöte 2' is the old Gamba, which was shortened.
- In 2004 it was concluded that an overhaul of the organ would be useful, with the restoration of the Gamba 8' and replacement of the Kvinta 1 1/3' by an Octava 2'. The wind pressure should be increased. It is not known whether this work has been carried out.
