In 2023, Schantz installed an organ for the church hall of Saint Thomas More University in Norman, Oklahoma. This is an organ by Skinner opus 422, built in 1923 for the First Presbyterian Church in Stamford, Connecticut. This organ was later transferred to the Presbyterian Church in Dover, Delaware. It was expanded by Schantz with a Tromba 8' on Choir, with an extension to a Tromba 16' on the pedal. Advisor on the work was Nolan Reilly. Nathan J. Laube played the inauguration concert.
