The Schantz Organ Company built a new organ for the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1975-1976. Preparations for future expansions were made during construction. The organ replaced an instrument of the firm Hillgreen, Lane & Co., opus 302 from 1912.
