Het orgel in de Cathedral Santuario de Guadalupe in Dallas werd gebouwd door Reuben Midmer in 1871. Het is in 1902 in de kerk geplaatst door de firma Hook & Hastings. In 1982 voerde Roy Redman een restauratie uit. Het instrument is daarbij uitgebreid met enkele registers.
