In 1967 a two-manual organ by Alexander Schuke was installed in the Luisenkirche. The instrument has seven speaking stops and was built in 1948. Its origin is unknown, but according to Alexander Schuke's opus list, it could be the organ that they built in 1948 for the Burckhardthaus in Berlin-Dahlem. This is opus 215 from the firm. According to the web site of the congregation, the organ was originally located in the Friedhofskapelle.
