The organ in Bräkne-Hoby Kyrka, designed by the architect Helgo Zettervall, has been built in 1872 by Carl August Johansson. In 1906, the company Lindegren from Göteborg added the Trumpet 8' to the Huvudverk and Basun 16' to the pedal. In 1984-1985 the organ was restored by Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik. During these works the Violin 8' of the second manual was altered to a Violin 4'.
