In 2021, Paul Fritts started with the construction of a three-manual organ, designed in German Renaissance style. It will be an instrument with 37 stops. The first plan is to complete two manuals (Hauptwerk and Rückpositiv) and Pedal, and add the Brustwerk later. The organ will be tuned in a quarter-comma meantone temperament. The manuals will have short octaves in the lowest octave with subsemitones. The location for the organ is not known yet. According to the worklist of Fritts, it is planned to finish the work in 2024.
