In 2000, a new Antiphonal Organ was installed in Saint Thomas' Church in Houston by the Schoenstein company. The organ has six ranks, and thirteen stops. The console is an existing Aeolian-Skinner console. The organ can also be played from the console of the main organ, that was completed in 2003. The manual stops can all be played from the second manual (Great) of the main console.
