- A pipe organ was built in 1902-1903 by the company Mutin-Cavaillé-Coll for the concert room of the Syllogue Litteraire Grèc in Istanbul. It was inaugurated on April 23, 1903. The concert was played by Gustav Helbig, who also was consultant and who designed the specification together with the building company.
- A number of years later, the organ was transferred to the house of Ibrahim Tevfik, a musician. He sold the organ to the French consulate in 1925, where it was installed in the Chapelle Saint-Louis.
