The organ in the church of Magelsen was built in 1897 by Friedrich Becker. It has cone chests and mechanical action. In 1917 the prospect pipes were removed and later they were replaced by zinc pipes. The organ was restored in 2020 by Jörg Bente. New prospect pipes were installed.
