The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1878 by Carl Elfström
For Adelövs Kyrka a new organ was built in 1878 by Carl Elfström, with two manuals and seventeen stops. In 1968 this organ was rebuilt by Reinhard Kohlus, with new wind chests, new bellows, new mechanics and a new console. The current organ of the church was newly built in 1985 by Hammarbergs Orgelbyggeri behind the prospect of Elfström.
