In 1992-1993 Martin Ott built a residence organ for Daniel Cline in Kansas City, Missouri. The instrument was sold to Diane Grenwelge in 2002. Martin Ott relocated the instrument to her home in Houston, Texas. In 2005 a Kleinoboe 8' was installed on the second manual, and in 2011 an Oktave 2' on the first manual.
