- In 1897 the firm Gebr. Müller of Reifferscheid built a new organ for the parish church of Hostert. This church was dedicated in 1859 to Saint John the Baptist. The organ had ten stops on one manual and pedal, pneumatic action and cone chests. The organ case is designed in new gothic style.
- Herbert Schmidt built a new mechanical organ with slider chests in 1984, reusing the case of Müller and all the pipework that was still useable. The new organ has two manuals and pedals, 24 stops and electric stop action.
