Pehr Zacharias Strand built a small organ with six stops and attached pedal for the church of Adelsö in 1829. The Flagfleut is older pipe work from c°. In 1929 Rickard Löfvander carried out an overhaul, replacing the Quinta 3' and the Octava 2' with a Salicional 8 'and a Flûte Octaviante 4'. These two registers were replaced in 1961 by the Jacoby company by an Octava 2' and a Quinta 1 1/3' respectively. The organ was restored in 1987 by Knut Kaliff. He reconstructed Quinta and Octava after the example of other organs from Strand.
