Keven C. Marrin bouwde in 2013 een nieuw orgel voor Cold Spring Roman Catholic Church of Saint Boniface. Deze kerk werd in 1980 gebouwd naar ontwerp van Ray Hermanson. Kevin Marrin was zelf lid van de parochie. Bij de bouw gebruikte hij pijpwerk dat afkomstig was van een orgel in Saint Mark's Catholic Church in Shakopee, gebouwd door Eric Fiss in 1974. In deze kerk brak op 25 augustus 2005 brand uit, en raakte het orgel zwaar beschadigd door bluswater. Het metalen pijpwerk werd door Marrin overgenomen. Het orgel in Cold Spring werd op 13 september 2014 gewijd. Het orgel werd hierbij bespeeld door Charles Echols.
