The choir organ of the cathedral in Le Mans was built in 1855 by Pierre-Alexandre Ducroquet. The instrument has been revised several times in the twentieth century, in 1912 by Abbé Victor Tronchet, in 1957 by Pierre Chéron and in 1973 by Louis Benoist and Pierre Sarélot. Since 2014 the organ has been maintained by Jean-Pierre Conan.
