The organ in the church at Le Quesnoy is, according to information, built in the church in 1839 and renovated in 1989. A builder is not listed. The body of the organ has traces of an earlier claviature on the backside, probably with Grand Orgue and Positif, which was placed under the Grand Orgue ('Positif Intérieur'). The organ is said to have been relocated to Le Quesnoy from a monastery church. A Récit Expressif was later installed and the action is partly pneumatic.
