In the nineties of the twentieth century a second-hand organ was bought for the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chicago as a choir organ. It was originally built in 1879 by the Steinmeyer firm for a church in Vehlingen in Germany. The Muhleisen firm placed the organ in Chicago in 1995. It was dedicated here at the end of May 1995.
