The organ in the church of Villeneuve-d'Ascq was built in 1854. The maker of the organ is unknown, the maker of the organ case was Pierre Buisine. The organ originally stood in the choir of the church. In 1899 it was moved to the organ gallery on the west side. Bernard Cogez carried out a restoration in 1995. He expanded the organ with an attached pedal and a Fourniture.
