The organ in the Église Saint-Antoine of Monthermé was built in 1756 by an organ builder from The Hague in the Netherlands. It is said to have been built originally for a church in 's-Hertogenbosch. After 1955 it was transferred by Dirk Verschraegen to his home in Lochristi in Belgium. The organ was placed in Monthermé in 2014 after a restoration by the Thomas company. The organ was dedicated on April 27, 2014, where it was played by Pascale Rouet.
