- After the old church of Statte-Huy burned down in 1938, a small hall was used as a temporary church. The Dresse company installed an organ in this room. A number of parts was taken from an organ in Paris, which was owned by an American who had left the city due to the war. The parts include a windchest, keyboards, register drawers, bellows and three ranks. It was assumed that this was material from the Cavaillé-Coll organ from Petite Gesves, but this is incorrect. It is certain that this organ was donated to the abbey of Maredret in 1893. The new organ was dedicated on April 30, 1944. It was played by André Manne, Gustave Godart and Auguste Verrees.
- In 1955 the organ was installed in the newly built church by Emile Verschueren.
