- In 1961-1962, the Delmotte company built a new organ for the Notre-Dame de La Tombe church in Kain. The organ was dedicated on April 8, 1962. The inaugural concert was performed by A. Delzenne, organist in Tournai. Robert Lambelin, organist of the church, played the final piece during this concert.
- The organ's history begins sometime around 1880, when an organ was built for the chapel of the Église Saint-Luc in Tournai. The instrument was transferred in 1898 by Théophile Delmotte to the Église Sacré-Coeur in Tournai. Maurice Delmotte transferred it to the church of La Tombe in 1921. The organ case and part of the registers of the old organ have been preserved.
