The organ in the church of Oppuurs has been in an unplayable condition for many years. It is said that it was built by J.J. Delhaye, but was radically renovated and expanded in the following centuries. The organ case was rotated a quarter turn in the 1960s and is now located on the south side of the gallery. An electronic organ is in use in the church.
