- Jules Anneessens built a new organ in 1932-1933 for the church of Sint Pietersabdij Steenbrugge. The previous organ of the church, which dates from the eighteenth century, was transferred to Slijpskapelle. The new organ was dedicated on March 21, 1933. A concert was given by Jaak A. Cornelis.
- The organ of Anneessens was originally arranged in an niche above the choir, but was transferred by Paul Andriessen in 1980 to the floor of the choir, against the back wall. During the relocation it was converted and expanded. Chris Dubois was the consultant for the work.
