Het orgel in de Notre-Dame van Fillstroff is in 1865 gebouwd door Jean-Frédéric Verschneider II. Het werd in 1895 door Franz Staudt uitgebreid met een vrij pedaal. In 1980 voerde Haerpfer-Erman een restauratie uit. Freddy Bauer voerde in 1999 groot onderhoud uit.
