The church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine in Lille built in the nineteenth century, with a baroque facade and a high dome. The building was decommissioned around 1990. Nowadays there are exhibitions. The organ is still present, but it is no longer playable. Part of the pipework is no longer present. The instrument was built in 1895 by Schyven. It is a three-manual organ with forty stops.
