- In the church of Sint-Kwintens-Lennik there was an organ by Pieter Van Peteghem from the years 1770-1772. This instrument was badly damaged during the French Revolution. In 1823, Pierre-Charles (II) Van Peteghem carried out repairs. After a fire in 1858, the church building was expanded.
- Edouard Charles Van Peteghem started in 1863 with a conversion and enlargement of the old organ. The positive in the balustrade was removed, the main organ was radically enlarged and modified, and the old positive was placed in a modified form in a swell box. A new organ was built in using older material. Finally, an independent pedal with four stops was also added. The arrangement of the instrument was carried out in two organ cases, on either side of the window, made by Franciscus Pouliart. In 1864 Polycarpus Cappuyns carried out the final inspection.
- In 1911 Emile-Henri Kerkhoff built a new organ. According to most sources, all the material was made new by Kerkhoff. It is not known what happened to the old organ.
