- The organ in the church of Asse-ter-Heide was built in 1850-1851 by Henri De Volder. It was converted in 1890-1891 by Petrus Stevens-Vermeersch. Some registers have been taken over, as has the windchest of the Reciet.
- In 1980 the organ was restored by the Potvlieghe-De Maeyer company and returned to the situation of 1851. The advisor was Gabriël Willems. The organ was put into use again on January 17, 1981 with a concert by Kamiel D'Hooghe. The Trompet 8' was installed later. The Nasard is an originel De Volder rankt from Affligem, 1837.
