Het orgel in Saint Mary's Church in Ilford is in 1865 gebouwd door George M. Holdich. Het werd in 1905 door de firma Gray & Davison gereviseerd. In 1975 voerde Martin Cross een restauratie uit. De dispositie is daarbij gewijzigd door het plaatsen van twee nieuwe hogere registers.
