Johann Gottlieb Heise bouwde in 1841 een orgel voor de kerk van Krahne. In 1903 is het overgeplaatst naar het nabijgelegen dorp Michelsdorf. De firma Schuke bouwde het instrument in 1948 om. De huidige toestand is te danken aan een restauratie door Fahlberg Orgelbau in 1994.
