In 2006 bouwde de firma Karsten Hörl een groot orgel in romantische stijl voor de Sankt Jakobkirche in Mitterteich. Het instrument is opgedragen aan Siegfried Richter, pastoor van de kerk, die in september 2006 met pensioen ging. Op 27 augustus 2006 is het orgel officieel gewijd. Het orgel werd daarbij bespeeld door Matthias Schraml.
