In 2012/2013, Siegfried Schmid built a new three manual organ for the Sankt Laurentiuskirche in Bernau am Chiemsee. The instrument was dedicated on June 30, 2013. During the festive church service, the organ was played by Friedemann Winklhofer, who was also involved in the construction as a consultant on behalf of the diocese. In the afternoon Harald Feller played the inauguration concert.
