Het orgel van de parochiekerk in Bolków is in 1895 als opus 419 gebouwd door Schlag & Söhne. Aan de registerknoppen te zien zijn de Schwiegel 2' en de Aeoline 8' van het tweede manuaal niet origineel. In 2012 is het orgel gerestaureerd door Zakład Organmistrzostwo Kamerton te Lubrza.
